Some might think that I would be a big fan of White Sox Manager Ozzie Guillen. We were both good glove, slap-hitting shortstops when we played. We're both quick to lose our tempers and possibly say something that we might regret later. And of course, we're both Venezuelan. Despite these similarities, I've never been a fan of Ozzie's UNTIL I read this quote on why he was having trouble remembering a suspended game from April 28 when it resumed in August :
"There was a lot of vodka between that game and today," he told the Sun-Times' Chris De Luca. "Believe me."
